Sanket Jain is a Mumbai-based advocate and founding partner of Wizmen Advisory, a boutique legal practice focused on corporate transactions, employment law, dispute strategy, and forensic investigations.

His transactional work spans complex national and cross-border M&A, private equity, and commercial structuring. On the investigative side, he has led forensic investigations into suspected fraud, bribery, and misappropriation of funds — advising clients from evidence-gathering through to regulatory reporting and legal action.
